SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Times

Our products are carefully packaged and shipped from Portugal. The estimated delivery times are:

Mainland Portugal: 2–3 business days
Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3–5 business days
European Union: 5–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times begin after payment confirmation and may vary during periods of high order volume.

Shipping Costs

Mainland Portugal: Free shipping on orders over 80 €. For orders below this amount: 4 €
Islands and European Union: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Rest of the World: Calculated at checkout

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, sent by email after shipment.

Customs Duties

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
