Handwash or machine wash cotton items on a delicate cycle, in cold water or up to 30°C, always inside out to protect the fibres. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softener. Do not wring or rub vigorously. Remove excess water with a towel and air dry, laid flat on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight. Iron at a medium temperature while still slightly damp, inside out. Store folded on shelves to prevent marks and distortion.
